AGECO prides on its’ trained and experienced service team which provides support that includes maintenance, repair and overhauling. The Service Department divides into four main area: Onsite service, workshop service, consultancy & supervision and assembling & dismantling. The Service department has also been keen on developing long-term relationships with clients through offering preventive maintenance and maintenance contracts.


AGECO has the capacity to discharge three teams to provide onsite services to its clients throughout Kuwait and GCC region. AGECO service teams are fully trained, equipped and ready to handle all types of onsite services as assessed by the technical professionals. AGECO service teams are able to repair most breakdowns onsite with a maximum response time of 24 hours, if the client reported the breakdown before noon of the same day through proper channels and if no external hindrances exist.


When an AGECO assessment professional reports a given service job cannot be performed onsite, the assigned service team arranges to transfer the equipment to AGECO workshop. AGECO service teams takes all necessary measures to navigate and address all/any issues or malfunction which may occur to any Liebherr, Putzmeister and/or Geda equipment, once transferred to the workshop.


Whenever required by the clients, AGECO has the capacity to provide consultation services such as equipment positioning, engineering and drawing. Furthermore, AGECO assigned one team to handle all/any-supervisory jobs such as supervising the commissioning of batching plants.


AGECO service teams perform all assembling and dismantling jobs respective to AGECO affiliates such as erection and dismantling of tower cranes, setting-up self-erecting cranes. AGECO also offers equipment delivery services.
